Heeling Star, LLC official land lessee of 6 private acres in Montara

As many of you know, I've been in the dog hospice and dog walking business for several years and when I started my own business, it was a goal of mine to have a piece of my own land to privately take my dogs to..
With the changes happening across the state and all of the restrictions that are being set in place to have off leash dog walking restricted to minimal territory or zero territory at all, I've taken that as my cue to start living the dream.

As of February 15, 2016 I am the official land lessee of 6 private acres in Montara. I have gone in on the lease with a peninsula dog walker and we will be sharing the land by dividing the time that Heeling Star is there and the time that Shannan and her crew are there.
In fact, several dog walkers are doing the same thing and we are now considered the Montara Dog Walking Family.

The entire acreage has been fenced in for the smallest and biggest of dogs. We've had it mowed down as well as sprayed for ticks. We are also in the process of getting a shade structure up for hot days as well as agility and other play structures.

I have renewed all my permits and insurances for myself and Melissa and we will continue to use Fort Funston as well as Lands End Beach in Pacifica and few other secret spot while incorporating the 'StarLin Ranch' in the rotation.

Nothing on your end changes. We still come get your pups, wear them out and drop them off!

I'm excited about this new adventure and I know Melissa is too and I hope you join us in this excitement!
